
Portal FAQs
​To keep your data secure, please utilize the portal to send us copies of tax forms.
All clients that provide us with an email address are granted access to the portal.

What is my username?

The email address you provided to us.​

What is my password?

When you are initially granted access to the portal, you will receive an email with a temporary password.

If you have forgotten you password, simply press the “Forgot your password?” button on the login screen and follow the steps.

How do I upload documents?​

​Once you have logged in, press the blue “Browse File” button in the top left of the screen and select the documents you want.

Under "Select a tax entity" choose the name of the person/business the document corresponds to.

The "Year" field is not required.

Please note:

We cannot accept photos of documents, only PDFs.

Each time you upload a document it will notify us, so please try to upload all documents as one file, if possible.

Please email taxinfo@davidcbryantcpa.com when you have uploaded all documents for your tax return. Your return will not be added to the queue until we have been notified.
